Yajooz ("we", "us") operates the Yajooz marketplace app and website (yajooz.com). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone number, and password (encrypted).
• Delivery information — addresses and, with your permission, your device location to deliver your orders.
• Orders & activity — items you view, cart, orders, and purchase history to power your experience.
• Device & notifications — a push token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send order updates and offers.
• Technical data — device type, app version, and basic usage for reliability and security.

How we use your information

• To create your account and process, deliver, and update your orders.
• To send notifications about your orders and, if enabled, promotions.
• To personalize the products and offers you see.
• To provide support and to keep the service safe and reliable.

Sharing

We share only what's needed to fulfil your order — with the relevant store and the delivery driver assigned to you — and with trusted service providers (e.g. Google Firebase for notifications, our hosting provider). We do not sell your personal data.

Data security & retention

Passwords are encrypted and data is transmitted over HTTPS. We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can access or update your information in the app, disable notifications at any time, and request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

Children

Yajooz is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
